Enter Shikari supports Liverpool charity Paper Cup Project with special raffle

Enter Shikari, are teaming up with Liverpool-based charity Paper Cup Project to host a raffle supporting people experiencing homelessness. The initiative aims to raise funds and awareness for the Paper Cup Project’s vital work, which includes running the Paper Cup Coffee café and advocating for the homeless community.

The raffle, running until 22 November 2024, offers fans two ways to participate—locally in Liverpool or globally online—each with a chance to win unique Enter Shikari memorabilia and tickets to their upcoming UK/EU headline tour.

For those in Liverpool, entries can be made in person at the Paper Cup Coffee café in Queen Square. A simple gesture of purchasing one coffee and one "pay-it-forward" coffee earns you a raffle ticket. This system not only contributes to the cause but also fosters a sense of community support.

Meanwhile, fans worldwide can enter digitally, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to support the cause and potentially snag some incredible prizes. Both raffles feature exclusive items that are sure to excite Enter Shikari enthusiasts:

  • Two tickets to an Enter Shikari UK/EU headline show in November/December 2024 (Liverpool raffle focuses on their 29 November show at Mountford Hall).

  • A The Mindsweep 12" vinyl test pressing, hand-signed by the band.

  • A rare Stop The Clocks UK 2019 tour holo A2 screen print, also hand-signed.

  • A stage-used drum skin, uniquely marked and signed by the band.

The raffle closes at 17:00 GMT on 22 November, with winners notified via email by 25 November. Prizes, including the memorabilia, will be shipped free of charge in January 2025.

Enter Shikari’s ongoing commitment to social issues has long been a hallmark of their ethos, and this collaboration with Paper Cup Project continues that legacy. As Rou Reynolds, the band’s lead vocalist, said:
"We’ve always believed in the power of community and mutual support. This is a chance for us to give something back while standing alongside an incredible organisation doing vital work."

The Paper Cup Project not only provides tangible aid through its city-centre café but also works tirelessly to challenge stigmas around homelessness and ensure that the voices of those affected are heard in policy discussions.

Tickets for the global raffle are priced at one donation per entry, with no limit on the number of entries per participant. Even if an international winner cannot attend a show, arrangements will be made to transfer the tickets to someone of their choice, ensuring the prizes find a good home.

This is a brilliant opportunity for fans to support a great cause while possibly walking away with rare Enter Shikari items. For more information or to enter the raffle, visit the official raffle page or pop into the Paper Cup Coffee café in Liverpool before the deadline.
