Bloodywood announce signing to Fearless Records, drop new Single "Nu Delhi" and reveal massive EU & UK Tour

India’s folk-metal sensation Bloodywood has kicked off a monumental chapter in their career, announcing their signing to Fearless Records alongside the release of their fiery new single, "Nu Delhi". This marks the band’s first new music since their 2022 debut Rakshak, and they are wasting no time making an impact, with a 26-date European and UK tour set to follow.

"Nu Delhi", a homage to their home city, blends their signature fusion of traditional Indian instruments like the dhol and flute with searing metal riffs and dual vocal attacks. The band’s mixture of Punjabi and English lyrics adds another layer to their unique sound, creating a powerful tribute to the chaotic yet vibrant city that raised them. Speaking about the single, the band said, "It’s not just a city; it’s a game of chess," reflecting the complex interplay of life in the Indian capital.

Bloodywood’s DIY ethos propelled them to international recognition, with Rakshak earning chart spots and nominations, including a nod for Best International Breakthrough Artist at the Heavy Music Awards. Yet their new partnership with Fearless Records signals a shift. “We wanted a label as committed to our vision as we are,” the band stated, expressing their excitement for this new collaboration and what it might bring.

The upcoming ‘Return of the Singh’ tour will be the band’s biggest to date, taking them across Europe and the UK. The tour begins in Copenhagen on February 21, 2025, and ends with a headline show in London on March 27. For Bloodywood, the UK and Europe have always felt like a “second home,” and they’re eager to bring their high-energy performances to the fans who have been there since their first European tour in 2019.

The tour promises not only fan favourites from Rakshak, such as "Dana Dan" and "Gaddaar", but also new material, all wrapped in the raw intensity that has come to define the Bloodywood experience. As their global fanbase continues to grow, this tour is set to cement their status as one of the most unique forces in metal today.

Tickets are available now, and with the band’s reputation for selling out venues, they won’t last long. Expect fierce riffs, pounding beats, and a night of headbanging energy like no other.
