Episode 67

Last night’s episode of The Scene with me your host Thom with an H, was another banger of a show featuring the likes of Love Rarely, FAST BLOOD, and Sweet Pill as well as unsigned spotlight tracks from Home Junior and Kermode Spirit.

I opened the show with the aabsolutely brilliant “sutures” the brand-new banger from could be ghosts. “Sutures” can be found on this year's edition of Small Pond Presents that's out in November. Following “sutures” by could be ghosts, the first half of the show showcased tunes from Sløtface, Happy Accidents, Meryl Streek, and our first unsigned spotlight track the brilliant “Spare Room” by Homer Junior. “Spare Room” comes from the band's new EP Probably Fine that's out next month. Before the news break, I wrapped up the first half with the brilliant “Love Won’t Let Me Go & Death Consumes Me” the new new single from Cultdreams. “Love Won’t Let Me Go & Death Consumes Me” is the title track of the band's new album that will be with us in November.

Post-news break, I resumed with the brilliant “Swear To God That I’m (FINE)” by Winona Fighter. After “Swear To God That I’m (FINE)” by Winona Fighter the second half of the show packed the punches with tracks from Circus Trees, Balance and Composure, Goings and our second unsigned spotlight the awesome “Coastal Culture” by Kermode Spirit.
