Episode 44

Last night’s episode of The Scene with me your host Thom with an H, was another banger of a show featuring the likes of Milly, Slow Joy, and Martha as well as unsigned spotlight tracks from Twin Skeletons and Blockade

I opened the show with a banging slice of emo-infused Pop-punk “Fall Short” by Neversaid “Fall Short” can be found on Neversaid brilliant new EP Bond Over Blood which came out last month. Following “Fall Short”, the first half of the show showcased tunes from FRESH, Grumpster, Other Half, and our first unsigned spotlight track, “Don’t Let It Be The End” by Bath’s Twin SKELETONS. “Don’t Let It Be The End” can be found on TWIN SKELETONS baning self-released EP DID YOU GET WHAT YOU WANTED. Before the news break, I wrapped up the first half with the “Sliding Doors” by Boston Manor who completed a run of sold-out UK gigs this week and will return in July for one of our favourite festivals 2000trees

Post-news break, I resumed with “Tied to Pieces of Paper” by Aerial Salad who just dropped their brilliant new album ROI on Friday via the amazing Venn Records. After "Tied to Pieces of Paper," the second half of the show packed punches with tracks from Sweet Pill, CLT DRIP, Murder Club, and our second unsigned spotlight track, “Better Off Without” by Blockade. Wrapping up this week's show was the massive hardcore banger that is “Don’t Reach For Me” by Knocked Loose.“Don’t Reach For Me” is our latest taste of Knocked Loose's forthcoming album YOU WON'T GO BEFORE YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO that drops next month.
